The table host will be served at our family table. Next season, we will settle near the fireplace to enjoy the winter evenings on the terrace facing Southeast / during the summer.
Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, juices, pastries, yoghurts and homemade jams, honey and Ariege Correze, hot drinks.
The cuisine is regional, you will enjoy the products and local specialties prepared by Pascale, with seasonal vegetables purchased in markets in the region or in nearby farms.
All meals include an appetizer, wine and coffee / tea.
Some menu ideas: rabbit with cider, tournedos Rossini, veal stew with old, Ariège lamb with herbs, chicken tagine with ginger and lemon confit, duck in all its forms (confit, duck breast, foie gras terrine), omelette porcini mushrooms (in season), clafoutis, sweet chocolate.
